Williams' Meadow | Origins

Williams' Meadow (WM) was a Zaring Homes subdivision built and designed back in the late 80's (1987-88). Our 90 home neighborhood has four distinct two-story designs except three homes which are a ranch style.WM is located on the east side of Cincinnati about 9 miles from downtown & off Wooster Pike (State Route 50). 

Today: Development is complete with no available land (Lots) for future home building.  A WM HoweOwners Association (WMHOA) exists to manage Lot standards.  The WMHOA's duty is to oversee & uphold ratified Covenants & By-Laws established on May 8th, 1987.  The HOA board has four elected officers, per the By-Laws, which meet quarterly & once annually, Annual Meeting, with all current homeowners.  As of 2025 our HOA is current HomeOwners
